In his role as a trusted advisor, he provides guidance to family- and owner-managed companies across all industries, addressing forward-looking issues related to organizational development, transformation, and the composition and appointments of top management.

His extensive experience in highly customized project work has profoundly influenced Marc Schmidt. Marc pursued a degree in neurobiology and earned a doctorate (Dr. phil.) with a thesis focusing on analysing behavioural patterns of exceptionally successful business leaders.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Marc Schmidt, a former American football player, is an active boxer and a karateka with special ties to Japan. This passion is further reflected in his collection of antique samurai swords. Outside of work, he enjoys the Mediterranean countryside and explores the Swiss Alps on his motorbike.
