Lena Bollhalder supports the Witena team as a Project Assistant. She helps coordinate executive search assignments, manages office-related projects and organises Witena’s events with great enthusiasm.

After completing her apprenticeship in hospitality, she gained experience at upscale hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since joining Witena in 2018, she has brought her organisational skills, service mindset and enjoyment of working with people to the team.

Outside work, Lena enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Together, they love travelling, hiking and spending time in the mountains.
