Eva Riedi Collen has extensive expertise in the field of business transformation. For 15 years, she worked in various industries and positions up to executive management level and was responsible for development and transformation projects. Most recently, as a founder and entrepreneur, she has set up a successful consulting boutique specializing in digital transformation and guided numerous companies through change processes. In addition to developing a highly respected methodology, she has established a new type of assessment program and supported the targeted development of teams and leaders. Her core competence is the evaluation of intercultural affinity and cultural fit at management and board level.

At Witena, she provides executive search services at executive management and board level for the public sector, the healthcare sector as well as the construction and building materials industries, and supports Witena’s executive search activities across industries in the area of cultural fit.

Eva Riedi Collen studied German and Linguistics at the Universities of Fribourg, Zurich, Berlin and Hanover and was awarded a doctorate with an interdisciplinary thesis on “Dynamics in socio-cultural groups”. She also obtained an Executive MBA, specialising in strategic marketing.

The native of Graubünden strives to achieve a healthy work-life balance through activities with her family and their two dogs in the mountains of Surselva, by cooking and making music together.
