Lukas is working as an active sourcing specialist (research analyst) at Witena. He supports the consultants in their search mandates and is jointly responsible for identifying suitable executives.

In addition to his work at Witena, he is completing a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, with a major in banking and finance. Lukas enjoys spending his free time outdoors and taking part in sports to balance out his daily work and study routine.
