Oliver Berger has been active in the field of Executive Search since 2008 and has successfully placed over 300 senior executives in Switzerland and across Europe during this time. His expertise includes Board Advisory, CEO Search, and succession planning for executive committee members.

After completing his law studies in Basel and obtaining a diploma in coaching and organizational consulting, Oliver Berger gained extensive experience at leading executive search consulting firms, most recently at Korn Ferry, the world’s largest provider. Prior to that, he established an internationally oriented search boutique in continental Europe, and he began his career at a renowned national executive search firm.

With his many years of experience and a deep understanding of leadership and corporate governance, Oliver Berger stands for tailored solutions in the placement of leadership positions and strategic advisory for boards of directors. Additionally, he is the publisher of the Witena CEO & Board Report.
