Delja Schönenberger supports the Witena team as a Project Assistant, helping the consultants with the organisational and administrative aspects of search assignments.

After completing her commercial apprenticeship in the mobility sector, she worked in international customer service while also earning her vocational baccalaureate. She then worked in sales for a career platform, supporting companies with their recruitment needs. Since October 2025, she has been studying part-time towards a diploma in Business Administration (HF).

Delja enjoys discovering new things, whether through travel, sport or the pages of a good book. She appreciates spontaneous adventures and concerts just as much as relaxing with family, friends and her two cats.
