Founded in 2004, Witena Executive Search specialises in securing top talent for board of directors, CEOs, and executive committees roles for our clients, ensuring the long-term success of the organisation.

The name “Witena” is derived from the Old English term “Witenagemot” or “Witan”, meaning “meeting of the wise.” In the Anglo-Saxon petty kingdoms and later on at national level after the unification of England, these councils of spiritual and secular dignitaries were convened until the 11th century to deliberate on matters of great importance.

Our aims

According to our uniquely designed business and fee model, a significant portion of the total fee is payable only twelve months after the candidate’s start date, following a successful integration into the client company, which Witena supports.
