Michèle Wies originally comes from the world of fine dining and hospitality, where she was able to live and cultivate her passion for culinary. As a certified sommelier and dedicated host, Michèle Wies is responsible for hospitality matters at Witena and supports the consultants in mandate execution as a Project Assistant.

In her free time, Michèle loves to travel. She is deeply passionate about food and wine pairing, spending much of her time cooking and experimenting. She has a particular passion for German literature. She enjoys rock climbing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
