Over the course of 15 years, she held various roles across different industries, including positions at executive management level, where she was responsible for development and transformation projects. Most recently, as a founder and entrepreneur, she successfully built up a consulting boutique specializing in digital transformation and guided numerous companies through change processes. In doing so, she not only developed a widely recognized methodology, but also established an innovative assessment programme and purposefully advanced teams and leadership personalities. In addition to her work in executive search, she also contributes her expertise in organizational development and transformation as an active board member.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1077\">She offers executive search services at board and executive management level, combining broad industry experience with a focus on the construction industry, construction supply, industry, and retail, particularly in the context of owner-managed companies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1424\">Eva Riedi Collen studied German language and literature as well as linguistics at the universities of Fribourg, Zurich, Berlin, and Hanover, and earned her doctorate with an interdisciplinary dissertation at the intersection of language and sociocultural systems.
